is the largest and most prestigious technical university in Italy. It was founded in 1863 and it hosts over 1,000 professors and researchers and over 40,000 students in 18 departments. Being an essential component of the School of Management, the MIP Politecnico di Milano is a partnership between the Politecnico and numerous industrial and institutional partners. Thanks to this structure, MIP is able to implement a specialized know-how, typical of its academic component. In 1979 a group of professors of Politecnico di Milano collected and interpreted the request of some of the leading industrial groups for a managerial education and developed a high profile Masters in Business Administration program. Since then, MIP- the Business School of the Politecnico di Milano, has been offering business and management training to graduates from all disciplines. The program focuses particularly on executive training in the industry, which most often culminates in future job opportunities.
