ECOLE DES MINES DE NANTES was created by the French Ministry of Industry. EMNantes has been designed as tool for industrial development. Its mission is to meet the needs of industry by training industrial systems engineers with strong project management skills, an international profile, creative and proactive skills, a multidisciplinary background and a thorough preparation for Industry.

Competent in industrial systems engineering, the EMNantes engineer masters the method necessary for the design, development, optimization, management, control and maintenance of production systems.

In addition to technical skills, the EMNantes engineer has knowledge in economics, law, international trade, industrial marketing and strategy, as well as management communication and foreign language skills.

Through a wide variety of situations in France and abroad- individual and group work, total or partial immersion in industry, and project work where technical knowledge, management skills and initiative are put to the test – the EMNantes engineer is prepared to face the challenge of a rapidly changing and an increasingly competitive international industrial context.
