The Institute Hôtelier César Ritz is located on the shores of Lake Geneva in Le Bouveret. Le Bouveret is a small, French speaking, summer lakeside resort only minutes away from the French border and the town of Evian. With easy access to major cities in Switzerland including Geneva, Lausanne and Montreux, it offers a safe but accessible location for students wishing to secure a quality education in hotel management. Extra curricula activities can include a whole host of sporting pursuits and cultural diversions.
At Le Bouveret, practical skills, management techniques and foreign languages are taught while other less tangible lessons are learned. The atmosphere in Le Bouveret encourages students to participate in a truly international experience. A mix of cultures and languages, an awareness of quality and superior customer service, an attention to detail and a strong sense of participating as part of a team are elements which help to produce well-rounded graduates. Armed with this knowledge, Cesar Ritz graduates are ideally placed to exploit the opportunities and challenges of the hospitality and tourism industry.
